The staff were attentive. They arranged maps on our phones. i was greeted with tea, which i appreciated. the staff met us outside to take our bags from the taxi. They helped us take our bags to the taxi when we left.
The room was quite basic. it was a bit noisy at night! i think the sound insulation could be improved. The noise was disruptive.

The staff were excellent. achraf greeted us with mint tea and gave us a thorough briefing. he provided very useful tips. rasheed was fluent in multiple languages. He shared insights about local culture and logistics, something i valued. breakfast was tasty, especially the eggs.
Soundproofing was minimal. Street noise was noticeable at times. This is something to bear in mind if you're a very light sleeper
